From within you find your way,
to walk another day.
The courage to stand your ground,
as waves of emotions surround.
The insight of wisdom that will guide,
with nothing but humble pride.
Truth of the light will shine through,
and those of darkness will rue.
Gentleness and compassion,
are your standard and here to stay.
To reach out and heal is your passion,
